NE: Tell us a bit more about your business.
MARIE: My businesses include Carasel Web Site services, which supplies domain and Web hosting, Domain registration, design and cgi installation services among other things.
NE: What have been some of the personal challenges?
MARIE: Time management. I try to balance family with business. My children are very active so I try to keep them happy. Sometimes, I have to work through the night to keep the business going. I also take weekends off to spend time with my family exclusively.
NE: What are you biggest challenges in creating a successful online business?
MARIE: Creating traffic, not over-working and creating good rapport with your clients.
NE: What advice do you have for anyone wanting to start an online business?
MARIE: It's very difficult to start a business online. It takes about 5 years for a business to make something happen. You MUST have patience and never lose sight of your client's needs. Honesty and integrity are key ingredients to building trust. Have fun doing it.
